Other Details to Note
⭐Booker needs to be at least 28 years old and has to be present during the stay. ⭐We have a No Party, No Large gathering house rule in place. Visitors are welcome, but anyone staying overnight needs to be registered in the booking. ⭐Pets are welcome but with additional pet fee 100 dollars PER pet, using the pet mattress we provided. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. ⭐Also we have found it necessary to install security cameras around the exterior perimeter of the property for the safety our guests, ourselves, and our property. These cameras will only be monitored in the event of vandalism, theft, or noncompliance to our house rules. Cameras cannot see the private backyard/pool and are only used to mainly monitor the driveway. There are no cameras inside. There is a noise monitoring machine in the living room, but definitely not a voice recorder. ⭐Please be mindful of our neighbors around us. It is a very quiet neighborhood. ⭐The heated pool is not open until May memorial weekend, but the hot tub is available all year round!
